here i am

so, after a long time of saying i would, i finally have. welcome to my little space in the world of blogging. i doubt that anybody will ready this thing. my original blog was quite entertaining. it served a purpose. family and friends wanted to know where i was, what i did, what i saw and view pictures of my adventure. but now, who wants to read about the perils of married life, purchasing appliances and new furniture? yes, i imagine that this blog will be quite different. or will it be?
